The Honolulu Authority for Rapid Transportation (HART) is responsible for building the 20-mile, 21-station commuter rail system for the City and County of Honolulu. HART is governed by a 14-member board of directors and a Chief Executive Officer.
We were awarded the contract through an RFP to fix their existing website, built and hosted on an insecure legacy CMS. We rebuilt a new website after stabilizing the existing one, provided design guidance within the bounds of the website, and streamlined documentation storage. Part of the project was to create advanced custom mapping tools for each stage of the rail project.
